Need help with SBP Kelsey-Hayes rotors

I had the same problem with mine. I actually took the rotors to a machine shop and asked them to cut a groove into the part where it rubs. He told me he would not do that because of possibly weakening them.

It's been a long time...but if I remember correctly, I pulled the calipers and massaged the boots and pulled it the opposite direction of the rotor and eventually got the clearance so it didn't rub.
