1st to 2nd @ 20mph, 2nd to 3rd @ 54mph Lokar help needed!

Mine shifts at 17 mph on the 1-2, and 27 on the 2-3 shift. It has a Trans go TF 2 kit in it with a 5400 rpm governor.
