how do i find all the threads that i have Started.

when i dubble click the search button it give me a option "thread started buy Cudafever" click on it and hit search. Says there is no started by me???????
I'm not to good with the search button but can't seam to figure out how to do this with the new .....software?????
Remember, i'm a little bit computer illiterate, so don't be afraid to give it to me in detail!:D
