Black steering wheel in my '64 Dart is worn (fortunately not cracked)... Is there any way to get it recoated like new. The chances of an unworn, clean one turning up as a part probably not likely. I know the worn colored ones look worse but I am still trying to improve everthing I can.

as stated above if no cracks then you are golden. good primer/base/clear done deal.

from this.... using 2 part epoxy paste and regular paint (PPG base coat and sprayable clear coat epoxy, regular clear coat would have worked too!)
