this is fro ma 66 cuda,i think it also fits a dart,, black dash pad great shape except it has a crease in it,guessing some thing was sittign on it,, it may come out with a heat gun,,i dont know for sure,,its hard to see in the pic,, i for got which side is up,so i dont know which side the creas is on,,,50 bucks or offer,,,plus shipping

Can this be installed with the windshield and dash still in the car? I can remove the IP and glove box easily, but am not sure about the whole thing.

Yes, this can be installed with the dash housing in the car, no problem
