Just finished getting all the vehicles registered. Did the 65 Chrysler last week. As long as you have collector car insurance you'll be exempt from emissions. One thing I would do different next time is go to a DMV contractor. They seem to know the requirements for a collector car. The lady at the state DMV was confused as to what to do.
