And sometimes those 4 retaining bolts don't all come out with the wrench. Sometimes there is a torch involved. And sometimes there is welding involved to repair the access window that has to be cut into the frame to put the heat where it needs to be.So I would break those loose before anything else, to be sure you're not gonna get into trouble later, after splitting everything else off.
Have you given any thought to the Schumacher mounts?

this is a 67 B Body slant K that is going away. Schumaker does not do conversion mounts for those I looked. I got a torch. good impact. I am just getting old and wore out! I was hoping to get some concrete laid down to work on before I start this but.... tired of working on dirt with jack stands sitting on such! ha
