There is a lot more to getting a car to run fast then peak flow and peak horsepower...Good thing there are quiet of few choices available today....as crackhead says...pick your parts and spend your money....
OP never specified what he wants out of the engine/car....best bang for the buck MIGHT a 4 inch crank....
