Adjusting the air pressure will not cure it, but it may help a little. No matter what you do, that's the normal wear pattern.

I cant afford new tires
because I run 14 inch wheels, no one makes decent tires in 14 inch so I would need to buy 15 inch wheels first
but no one makes 15X10 slotted mags in small bolt pattern so I would need to upgrade to large bolt pattern
so now I'm looking at a 2400 dollar price tag just so I can run new tires
