OK, so I made a tool to remove the over center spring, and removed it. Then I went to the lumber yard and in the hardware section I found some nylon fender washers. I installed one at each of the connection points of my clutch linkage, and that seemed to solve the noise problem. Then I got my grease gun and filled the sleeve that the shaft goes through before I put it back together. My next question would be; Do I really need the over center spring at all? And thanks ValiantOne I will be contacting you about getting a set of bushings for my set up.
