I would be drooling all over that!...I don't think $2500 would be a bad offer to start, if it's solid.
Make sure you absolutely love that car...you will spend a ton of money on everything mechanical to get it back on the road. Ask me how I know. I found my Dart the same way. Sat for 15 years. Would I do it over again...Hell yes! I paid $4500 for mine 3 years ago. Mine is the Dart on the right in the first pic.
