Probably wouldn't work so well in that case. Due to the heat here, I can't use regular washer fluid because it turns to sludge and clogs the nozzles and tubes. That's not a problem in most places.
It does that here in the summer also and mine are plugged up with that crap right now and I just have not done anything with it yet, but it gets cold here in the winter as well so I have to use that garbage in the winter so it doesn't freeze.
Plain water with vinegar in the summer.
