I cringed pulling it out of the building today.... In fact, I got it home and just covered it up...
The quick back story is my dad bought this in 1980 for 1500.00. All original off a Dealers lot. About the mid 80's my brother took to the wheel and drove it through school and it got painted in 1986. The car never saw the road after that. It spent the majority of the time either in a garage, or in a Pole Barn. Time has moved pretty fast and I now have possession of it.
My goal is to keep the cost down on the car and do what is needed to drive it. I have many resources to do many things with it but I want to get this road worthy again so my dad can enjoy the car. He was the man to beat in a local trophy class with it and alot of people will remember this car from the area so he will definitely be making a trip down memory lane. It should be fun... I have all the pieces to put it back original but it has a "hot street lol" small block in it and that will get swapped out for a nice mild 340 I have ready to go in. I will post more pictures of it when I uncover it in a week or so but this is a fairly decent survivor...
