Old tach identification help..

I was visiting my dad having a conversation about tachs and i started looking for some vintage style ones on ebay for my old dart when he said he had one rolling around the back of his lemans for about 10 years. Does anybody know anything about this tach or where it could have come from id like to try and make it work.
