-- I did not ask but, have you tried killing the lights when it happens? Does it only happen when the lights are on? If so, suspect the headlight switch, dimmer switch, body grounds on forward lighting harness at headlights or back to the harness themselves and bulkhead connections. --
-- Amp meter jumps with lights on or off.-- Pulled the bulkhead connecters apart and cleaned them, did the same to, all of the connections on the gadget next to the bulkhead connector. Tightened all connections, real tight. -- Same result.
