1966 Plymouth Barracuda - Commando 273 V8

WOW! It's been a long time. Turned out it was work that was literally killing me, been at that crap place for nearly 2 - 1/2 years and finally quit about 2 months ago, life is going so much better, other than lack of funds at the moment. Sold the '73 Dart to some high school kid, loved that car but needed to lower the car count, get a car loan paid off and get out of the hell hole I was working at. So I've replaced all the wheel cylinders but still didn't solve the problem surprisingly. Passenger rear still locks up for unknown reasons, guess it's something to do with the diameter of the drum, or perhaps there's some old axle grease still on the backing plate from the bad axle seal causing lockup. I can be going 10 mph, hardly touch the brake pedal, no hesitation it just locks up... Yeah I've been bouncing back a forth on projects, finishing up my 2nd Magnum swap in my clean '65 Barracuda, decided to go back with the 360 magnum fuel injection idea for the blue '65 Barracuda. Trans took a dump in the clean '65, lost reverse but still had all gears in drive, had my trans guy rebuild it, got the trans back, hooked it up to the 318 Magnum and now don't have 1st, and still no reverse. Tried multiple things with the valve body, eventually pulled the trans and took it back to him along with a later 904 trans to get built instead, tired of the push button style/cable 904. Getting that trans back probably by the end of this week. Anyway, gave the 273 Commando a new look in the '66! Also replaced the leaky fuel pump today, and the one that's now in there is leaking worse than the one before, and this one never leaked, dumbfounded on that. '66 has HEI now! Runs so much smoother. Next week it's searching for a new job!
