Crank pulley's for slant six with factory A/C

Do you need the pullys, or the balancer? I have pulleys, but no balancers that are any good.

The balancer is still good, it is the middle pulley that is sandwiched between the pulley that is next to the balancer and the outer pulley that went bad.
