while looking for something else for another member I came across a couple sets of letters. I think this set might be from a 66 Dart. Great to have as spares or if you're missing letters. There are no broken pins and has all but one of the fasteners. $25 shipped to anywhere in the US.

Might be for the back end of a 67 or 68 Coronet. Difference between the two years was the pin placement on the back on a couple letters and that there was black paint in the recesses on 67's and white paint in the recesses of each letter on the 68's.

Thanks for your input. I've never had either one of those vehicles and have had the letter forever in one of those little drawers used to store odds and ends

Yeah, pretty sure those are 67 or 68 Coronet letters that somehow found their way into your parts stash. Here is a photo of the "dodge" letters for the rear of a 66 Dart.

I agree with your opinion they're not 66 Dart. There are traces of black paint in a couple of the recesses so they're probably 67. No idea of where or when I might have acquired them!

They don't have much pitting on them. Frequently the entire face of each letter is pitted to the point that the painted recessed areas aren't very recessed. They might clean up nicely. If they polish up nicely and are 67 pieces, you should have no trouble selling them on For B Bodies Only or on the Coronet Registry. But act fast as two different sources have announced reproductions being released within a few months and are racing each other to be first to ship. If a buddy of mine wasn't one of the people who will be reproducing them, I would have considered picking them up myself (I'm probably only about 1/2 hour to 40 minutes from you). I currently have reproduction 68 letters on the back of my 67 Coronet.

In searching my tired and feeble memory and prodded by Jim 68Cuda, I remembered that I parted out a 68 Coronet at least 40 years ago, so these letter are from that Coronet. They would probably better listed over at FBBO. I will do that as well.
