Hi all .
WANTED !!!!
I'm looking for a complete Rally dash , can be complete or parts of . Please tell what you got and how much your asking (pics would be great) I'm in Canada all replies welcome.

I have one just taken out of my 70 Dart swinger 340. put in complete new with cluster, wiring and all options. shipping is going to be expensive. usually $100 in the States. dart340@att.net

"complete dash" would be the sheet metal dash, inst' panel, and all.
I suggest you define what you want and year model since they aren't all the same/interchangeable.

Ok, looking for a Complete ( steel frame / dash wiring/ the whole sheabang) A-body Rally dash . Would consider parts of also . It's going into a 69 Dart ( yes I know they never came with them) so the one I want would be out its 67-69 Barracuda/ 70-71 Dart . Thx all .

OK, that leaves mine out..its from a 70, and all the major components are different. Anything from a 67-9 Barracuda will go right into your car.

68 69 Barracuda and the few 68 Valiants are the only that will work without mods. The 67 only, and the 70 up instrument panels are different.
I wouldn't want the 68 dash either due to the lower dash pads, etc... so, 69 Barracuda is the very best choice.

I have a complete dash from a 67 Cuda if you're interested! I'm in Michigan, near Ann Arbor, if you're close you can stop by and see what I have, including a mint dash pad, nice cluster with uncut woodgrain bezel and wiring harness, and all of the accounted parts, including the 67 only heater control mechanism!!

Besides the key location what "mods " have to be done ? I have no problem if it's just the key location issues .

Between the 67 only dash and the 68-9 versions, the only differences I know for sure is the way the heater control system mounts, the 2 post radio area as opposed to the thumbwheel, the screw in style speedo cable, the door latch on the glovebox, and the dash housing does not have the collision impact cutouts that the later dashes have! The dashpad from 67 has a raised crease along it, whereas the 68 and up doesn't! Not sure about 70 and up, these are the differences between 67 only and 68-9 dashes!

The only difference in wiring between 67 and 69 is the way the NSS is configured. 67 has the reverse light switch inside the car (steering column for column shift, and under the console for floor)
69 has the three pin NSS with reverse light incorporated

Buy a complete 67 inst' cluster and you'll need a new different speedometer cable. The ignition switch and the hazard light switch moved in 1970. Sooooo many little things that add up.
One owner told me he spent a little over 1100 to have a rallye dash w/ 150 mph speedo, tachometer, pretty bezel, and everything working as it should.
I think that might have been Duster to Demon conversion but don't quote me on that, my memory sux
