Back up light switch vs. column shifter

T The thing is... the finger that comes out of the tube to actuate this switch is plastic. If it aint already broken, it can be broken very easily. I wont go into why it needed to be plastic in the first place.

What do you recommend as a replacement for that pin? The one in my Dart is missing. The hole seems to be a little smaller that 1/4".
