It depends on how you pin it on. If you use Dzus fasteners then there isn't a good way to put it anywhere except for the glue on foam. If you use hood pins then you can make rods like an A12 car and just raise the hood with 4 rods. When the new Mr. Norms Hemi Darts were made that is how we did it.
