Try putting them on bare first before going through the trouble of buying and mounting tires on,just in case. I would put the jack stands under the control arms to mimic the suspension under a load and rotate the wheels back and forth.
Still not a guarantee the tires will fit. Remember the section width is usually wider than the rims, sometimes more than a 1/2" wider, so, just because the rims clear doesn't mean the tires will. The tire height represents a bunch of clearance issues, corner of the fender during turning, sway bar and frame clearance etc all while the wheel are turned, and just mounting the rims doesn't give a good idea of that.
With the specs on those 14x7's they won't be close to anything as bare rims, just a little set of rims in a giant wheelhouse. Mounting them will only really tell you the center register clears.
