I'm in the process of deciding between a 4 speed or a reverse valve body auto for my street/strip project. I'd like to hear your guys 2 cents on the matter. Thanks guys!

Well, IMO, 4 speeds are cooler! They're more fun to cruise around in and screw around in doing burn out and such. However, correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe most people will agree, autos tend to be faster at the track (less margin for error when shifting, and shift quicker). So it's kind of like pick your poison. I don't race my car and if I had the money I'd do a 4 speed swap!

Jonny nailed it. I had a lot of fun with my Reverse-Manual automatic, but not as much fun as with my 4 speed. A muscle car with a 4-speed, its like a sore pecker, you can't beat it.

Been driving mostly stick since 1970.
But I've built some nice 904s too.
Not interested in a RVB for a streeter tho.
Plus sometimes I like to put the stick in D and my brain in N,but the KD better be A-wake!
At this point in my life,(I'm 63 now) I might consider a 4speed auto with loc-up
