Lay down Sally...

So getting things buttoned up. Ran the fuel line up up to the carb. Finished the last bit of wiring. Filled with oil and started to fill with coolant but found a small leak and need more coolant.

Problem with the heater hose is the hole in the manifold is to small to fit the size hose. Its a 1/4 hole, I tried using a step up bushings but still cant get it big enough to fit the hose. I got the nipple off the of the old manifold and there's one hole it fits on the new one but it's makes the heater hose kink trying to get to it and that's where temp gauges sending unit is currently at. Any ideas of how to do it? The picture is with everything swapped right now. The sending unit is sitting in the small hole but don't fit, maybe a step up bushing could work there. The heater hose, maybe get a longer bit of hose and run it there. Not sure, it doesn't look very good crossing the manifold like that.
