I'd upgrade the brakes using newer stock style parts, clean up/restore the interior to your own liking, redo the stock suspension with an eye for modern handling characteristics, do to the drivetrain whatever fits your intended purpose but I'm a fan of stock style cruising parts.

If possible never take it off the road for an extended length of time. From what I can see the body looks great and body jobs seem to immobilize our cars longer than anything. You have a really nice looking car there and the best piece of advice I could give is "Drive it!"
