I just noticed that you posted different seals for 64 and older and 65. The original poster has a 65 . The 65's still had a ball and trunion but aparently take the same seal as the slip yoke? Maybe because the 65 904 was redesigned to do away with the b&t output and the pushbutton?

Seals are 1960 to 1964 with the flanged output shaft. seal changed in 1965, still had the flanged output shaft. Seal changed again in 1966 to the slip spline output shaft. I'm not sure if it ever changed again. As for Fatsco, having the seal, I called them before posting, to get the part numbers, pricing, and make sure they still had them. Their trans kit, has extra parts to cover expanded years.
65 was changed to do away with the pushbutton, but still used cables The 65 is a one year only trans, and does have differences from the 64 trans.
