made my custom shift linkage....

Shouldn't the 1-2 rod swivel be on the other side of the lever? Looks real close to the 3-4 lever. Just an observation as long as it works for ya.

Is the reverse rod gonna clear the trans x-member?

guys, can someone post a pic of how the factory setup for the 4 speed looks!. thanks

here ya go plot. I also have brand new factory linkage from brewers. just the way its supposed to be. enjoy. :)

that all looks awesome except there is a crossmember right where your two shift rods are...

nice job on your shifter linkage. are you gonna end up using the new stuff anyway? i was thinking of making my own but i might just save myself lots of :banghead: and just buy new linkage.

came out okay...sorta works pretty good...but not perfect..lol...i designed it off the incorrect (non A body) gear select operating levers...that I THOUGHT were the correct A-body ones....turns out they are for an overdrive trans out of a truck...:banghead::banghead:

I'm using a new Hurst Competition Plus shifter mechanism.

What did you do to bend the stainless steel rod ?

Made my linkage from snowmobile steering linkage, good strong raw materials to start with and have left and right hand threads.
