Yeah I was thinking since I don't have anything else shiny/polished/aluminum underhood, that having just the rad in there would seem somewhat out of place.
In my Challenger I did leave the alum rad plain but it also has polished alum valve covers and alum heads with other bright bits under there.
I went with the gloss over satin because I did "freshen" up some other black items such as the horns and air cleaner gloss black before.
