If he believes so highly in his shipper, tell him to send the cash with his shipper, he want's the stuff, done deal. If I were you, I would not allow someone like this to visit my property/shop anyway, period!! Also, tell him you only do large sales within the perimeters of your local police department, so the deal is fair and square. As soon as you tell him that, you KNOW its a scam!!
