Not Mopar But A Brake Question

It could be a faulty flex hose to that caliper. Were the slides replaced as well, the slides could also be sticking. What I usually do is with the wheels off the ground, stand on the pedal, then release and try and spin the wheels by hand, likely the one is hard to spin. Then crack the bleeder screw, if it loosens and spins then I'd condemn the hose. If it stays tight, then the issue is somewhere from the caliper to the rotor (caliper, pins/slides, improper pad installation).
