904 trans what convertor

sorry about all the questions my convertor guy says he can get around 3000 max stall out of my stock convertor is that enough for the 340 202 head 525 solid cam stock 340 short block dual plane intake 750 holley dp carb ,fender well headers, 410 gear to get the 63 dart into the 12s ?
I don't know who your converter guy is, but 3000 stall out of a 11" unit is pushing the limit. It's not that it can't be done, but getting that stall out of an 11" converter, can make it really sloppy at higher rpm. The pump vanes and the turbine vanes are bent past practically, and the stator is probably cut too much also. The majority of high stall converter builders typically build a 3000 stall converter out of a 10" converter. Ask him what he does internally to get that kind of stall.
Any idea what the HP is of your engine? A dyno sheet will tell a converter builder where to stall your converter at.
As far as your 1/4 mile times, there's a hell of a lot more than just the engine/and gears. Ask any drag racer on Chasis mods etc., and what they had to do to get into the 12's.
