So I have the 6.1 hemi in my barracuda now so its starting to get exciting at my place :) . I have a question on some little things now and if you have links to the parts I need that would help a lot too.
1-Starting the car I need a starting solenoid I have the Ron Francis wire kit anybody know what one I need and have a diagram?
2-The 45 degree oil filter adapter what oil filter does it use? I cant seem to find the proper one.
3-Voltage regulator I have the gold box so I need a diagram to wire the alternator and what voltage regulator you guys are using. I guess the 2009 6.1 is different?
4- Not really a gen3 question but I want to switch all my lights to LED is there a place I can get the sockets and the bulbs from? Other then the body I am not reusing much of the original car.
I will try to post a build thread as soon as I have the car running I like to have lots of stuff to post and not keep people in suspense.

Also what location did you guys mount your gold box and fuse panel

Hope someone has some simplified wire drawing's and links for me as I have never wired anything but a stereo lol. Seen an interesting article on how to heat shrink and solder wires can't wait to get at it

No one has made a step by step guide to wire the Hemi into the old cars. However you can purchase a wiring harness and stock PCM to control the 6.1L from Hotwire.

As for wiring the entire car I used an American Autowire kit as I found easier to do. If you find my build, I have shown some of my wiring. Some of the parts like the GOLD box and wiring of the alternator is done with the engine harness.

As for LED's you'll have top use the stock sockets as no one remakes them. I do know I was able to use Dodge Neon sockets for the front grill and rear lights on my 76 Duster.

But the plug ins are at the top.
