Thanks for the suggestion jimmer but I'm not sure that would be easy to do considering the scale I'm working with. Their heads are around 1/4" tall so most hair glued to them would be 1/2" or less. I think it'd be too tricky handling the glue. I think I could get by using paint to simulate differing hair lengths though. Unless you get within a few inches away you wouldn't tell the difference between hair and paint anyway. If I was dealing with taller figures (like Barbie doll or G.I.Joe) the hair idea might be something I'd try.
