Shitttt that sucks.
It's easy to forgot all the **** that goes on in an engine when it's running. Even at idle RPM things can go wrong in a hurry. Did pieces get elsewhere in the engine? It's hard to tell with the wet, but that bore looks ok to me? Hopefully not much damage.
