Factory disc brakes on 68 barracuda

I have a 68 barracuda formula s 340 car with factory front disc brakes!! My problem is I had them completely gone thru and now realize there a 4inch bolt pattern and need 4.5(duh!!) Does any one make a conversion kit for this or do I have to start all over!!
 
Read the "Sticky" at the top of this forum, on how to use early Mustang rotors, that are machined to work on your Kelsey Hayes, brake system.

I had the same dilemma!
Replaced the whole works with Wilwood's system from RMS Advanced Suspension Systems . Dealt with Bill, the owner. Great service and excellent after sales support. No longer have to deal with 48 year old parts, brake system is much better and parts are readily available. Best part is the selection of wheels that are available for the 4.5 bolt circle.

I did this on my 68 Dart, worked out great.
