Yes its do able with a turbo, but id go turbo 360. Cause the 90% of time you'll be just driving off the engines own power.

Then he wouldn't get 20+ mpg

If he has a /6 when he's driving NA, which is 90% of the time, and has a 12 second car when he spools it up, that would be sweet.
