B&M Hammer - Console mods

Got away to the shop for a bit today. Used a cutoff blade on the grinder and cut the top plate hump out. Drilled the ends of the slots for the shifter plate and used the cutoff blade to finish the cuts. Drilled holes for the shifter mechanism to mount directly solid to the top plate and then the shifter cover just snaps on from the top.

Pretty pleased with how it turned out. Now to clean up the chrome and the console base and paint it. Going to make my own mounting brackets as well.
