I need a distributor for a 1972- 340. Part number3657278, this is a one year part number only. Please let me know how much including shipping to Canada, postal code M8V2X9. Thanks in advance.

I think I have that. It's from a 4 gear car. Or do u need 1 from an auto
I need one for an automatic. The part number that I posted was given to me by toolmanmike. He says his bible says that part number is good for a manual or auto car. How much do you want for it and would you ship it to Etobicoke (suburb of Toronto ) ?

The factory distributor will have too much mechanical advance in it for the engine to run really well.

Unless you are numbers chasing and building a 100 point show car, find a decent core and curve it so the engine runs properly. Something with 14-16 initial and about 20-22 mechanical would likely work well in a stockish build.

i just googled your #, nothing came up, im thinking your 7 should be a 6?, mine also has 25 and 1, jan 25th im guessing.im in bc, if youre interested 60 plus the ride, was working when i pulled it this summer

Lol, Got this grubby 3656278 "re-do-her" special - $25. Been in a box with others 20+ years. How far from Waterloo are ya"?

About an hour or so. I'll pm you.

Are you still looking for a distributor? I have one for a 360 Auto Trans, but don't know the exact number. I can look at it tomorrow if your interested. It is a points set up.
