1968 to 1973 340 short block or long block

Just got back from the machine shop , where I was told to find another 340 block. So what I have is a 73 340 boat anchor I need to replace ! The last rebuilder forgot to install the internal rear oil gallery plug and the 2 front plugs !
Sooo anyone got or know of a rebuildable 340 short block that hasn't already been punched beyond 30 over on the pistons ?

The quick answer is maybe. But I am in Central Va. I have a complete and well running 73 340 that came out my old Ram truck. Mine is Standard Bore and that may be the tricky part for you to find. I am just putting it out there and hopefully someone will chime in closer to you with a block only. I will sell the Long Block no rockers for 800.00 and the shortblock for 575.00.
