The ad says "1974 brougham edition Plymouth valiant" Looks like a Scamp to me, except the hood chrome and ornament... Pretty interesting I think...

Interior looks like the same material (velour) on my 74 se more door. I have a front bench of course.
 
Remember next door neighbour in '74 bought a brand new slant six Valiant Brougham........laughted at him then.........and today I'm trying to hot rod a slant........!!!
 
I bought a new '75 Brougham 4-door slant, and sadly, it was the least favorite Mopar I ever owned. It was plush, comfortable and handled great. It was also thirsty, troublesome, and gutless.
