See my above post, most important thing is if you have a truck or a car engine.

I have found the following while mocking up my 2003 5.7 Hemi (truck engine). See my thread on here for more info.
- Don't need the oil pick up support stud, truck engine already has this
- The factory oil pan bolts on my engine work fine with my Milodon 31000. You can also use the factory oil pan gasket/windage tray just fine.
- I'm using a newer oil filter (same one my 2016 Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi uses) that is smaller and fits right in the factory spot with no adapter. I'm using a Slant 6 K-member with Schumacher conversion motor mounts.
- And finally, once again, truck engines have the water pump outlet coming out on the drivers side, not the passenger side.

Borgeson has also recently updated their steering box design. I think myself and a few other members on the board have the updated design already (released at the beginning/middle of last year).

I'm currently working with Schumacher to help finalize their new Tri-Y header design for 5.7 hemis in A-bodys with the borgeson box (not on their website yet, again see my thread for more info/pics). I think they'll fit better than the TTIs, clears all the steering linkage perfectly, and allows installation/removal of the starter without dropping the header.

Most harnesses revolve around using the newer coil pack setup that you already have on your engine ('06+) that fire both spark plugs on the same cylinder at the same time, versus the older style that had plug wires running over the intake ('03-'06). You should be ok there, just make sure the harness is for '03-'08 engines, not '09+ with VVT (commonly referred to as the "Eagle" engines).
