Del, are you OK?

He was working on the white whale,(with a camper ,in back...),and one of his last threads involved camping on the cheap.My guess,anyway...
 
I may have his number still...will see if I can find it...
 
Probably got tired of posting the same electrical solutions over and over and over. :D
 
I wouldn't wish anything bad on him but past that, it wouldn't bother me if he NEVER came back. He can be a nasty, nasty person via PM, "behind the scenes". I'm one person he won't talk down to, ever. I figure he lost his motivation once Slant Six dan returned.

I am SURE the feeling is mutual. You're as thick as a 200 year old oak tree. You deserved all that he gave you and then some. Go trip down a flight of 100 stairs and land head first.
 
Talked with him about a month ago . Bought a new white whale. Taking a breather. He's fine. I'll give him some time and get ahold of him again.

He is a wealth of information and I appreciate most of his posts but I tend to agree that he can be rude and nasty for no apparent reason (and he is not the only one here with that MO). I figured it was a pain killer addiction or something similar but the solution is simple.

The ignore list is indeed a wonderful thing. Damn shame we all can't just get along. i have been gathering some parts for my junk...tossing around the idea of starting a thread...just don't to deal with all the haters...
 
Some people I like and some I dont. But one thing I wouldnt do is jump in on a "Hope you're ok" thread and bash him. Del has been a great help to me and its appreciated.

For my part, he was very helpful. Never rude, or unkind. I miss his posts. I wish he would come back.
 
We all got rough edges, he was as helpful as hell to me. I woulda scratched my head for days....on the phone with him 5 minutes, problem solved.
Good guy in my book.
 
Yep I just heard back from him. All is good other than winter.
Thanks Kit. Its a difficult task trying to "teach electrical" thru a computer as I can help prove...lol
