I do but that is only because I just finished reassembling the car with all new e-brake parts. They will likely never get used and will likely be seized up if they were ever needed.

same here, I destroyed my front parking brake cable,when I started stripping my basket case 68 fish, and installed a dana 60 w/ disc brakes. got all the emergency cables hooked up and ran in the stock location in back, but never tried to finish the front or put the amer. brake handle back in it.
