Paying With PayPal And Asking For No Fee's

One way or another the buyer always pays the fee so you might as well figure it into the asking price.

From a buyer's perspective, final price paid is what matters most, not what the seller is looking to make of the item. If you want to get $50 for something that'll cost $10 to ship, figure in the 3% and add shipping and go from there. That'd be $61.50. You could price it at $65 PP'd & shipped and let somebody talk you down a few bucks so they feel like they're getting a better deal.

Net pricing is important to the seller, but gross pricing is important to the buyer. Make things easier for the buyer and you'll have an easier time selling stuff. Asking for the buyer to calculate, as well as pay, fees and shipping WILL put off some buyers (myself included).

Like I said, in the end the buyer is the one paying. Just figure it in the price and advertise it as PP'd and shipped. It's hassle-free and easy for the buyer.
