Looking to hear some pros/cons on using the stainless block huggers instead of standard headers on Darts/Dusters besides looking pretty. Any thoughts?

They look simple but the drivers side just doesn't fit. Too much steering in the way. Use the search function for "blockhugger" and see what you find.

I put a lot of thought into getting these and came up with a good solid "No'. I kept having visions of coming straight down into the K-Frame and having no less than three quick nineties to negotiate back and around the starter. I quickly lost interest.

Makes sense, just wasn't thinking that way. Was thinking you may have been talking about performance. No need to search, I'm a believer.

Heddmen makes a set of shorties that fit great on my Duster. The collector is flat so all 4 pipes are in a row instead of the normal collector where the pipes are in a square (for lack of a better term). I will see if I can find a part number for you.

78503 are mild steel and 78506 are the stainless. Just google search hedman tight tubes for chrysler small block.

They are nice but the stainless are a bit rich for me. $573 The mild steel are affordable though. $265 Thanks!
I have the mild steel and painted them with header paint. I did the heat cycles that the paint can said and they have held up pretty good. I have had them for 8 years and they are starting to show rust now finally.
