There's a right way to forge something and there's a wrong way. The wrong way usually gets you busted. It all comes down to buyer beware.
I can spray paint a brick gold and ask $50k for and if some sucker is dumb enough to buy it... too bad for him.
I hope that you were just messing around with talk like this. This stuff makes you look like a cheating, unscrupulous asshole that begs to be jailed and have his *** kicked. The desire to lie and defraud people smacks of poor character. No matter how UNeducated the buying public is, it is immoral and unethical to take advantage that way. I know that we have all come across laws that are pretty "broad brushed" where they don't properly address every condition fairly but....A VIN is the cars identity. The motor vehicle laws were written to establish individual identities to each vehicle.
