Pulled intake to check lifter noise
Everything looked ok
Adjusted rockers
Turned engine over to see everything moving ! Noticed the lifters well some of them spinning clockwise while cam lobes pushed them! Is that normal??

Yes, you want them to rotate. If they don't rotate, you may have a damaged cam lobe. I painted a little dot on each of my pushrods and cranked the engine after my break in to make sure mine were all spinning properly.
