Cold Case is here to help

I don't mind paying a little more for good quality stuff, with that said....the last aluminum radiator I bought for my daughter's '59 Silver Hawk had 1 1/4" tubes (I used to have a bad cooling problem). It was made by Wizard and fit the old Studebaker perfectly. It now cools great, you didn't mention what size tubes you use in your radiators??? The folks at Wizard also increased the lower (output) outlet size by 20 percent which allows for better flow..... Does your company do that as well?? I (and other members) live in extremely hot climates year round and typically have a problem with cooling our engines.
I also own a '69 Barracuda and have been planning to buy an aluminum radiator because it also has cooling issues (especially in the summer). Evidently "SIZE" (tube size) does matter!!

Treblig

Treblig,
Our radiators use (2x) 1" to 1 1/4" Tubes Per Row depending on the application. Our rads are created to match the factory hose sizing, so no, we do not increase the outlet size of the lower output.
