340 x-block vs. 410 stroker ?

So what is the "tale of the tape" here? Jpar has a strip car with a 410 and a tunnel ram and 4spd. YR has a street car with 340 single 4bbl and a 4spd. Jpar has more CI and one more carb and YR has a bigger cam. I assume jpar has a lighter car? What other particulars have been left out? YR hasn't been to the track yet and jpar has. YR has DOT tires and jpar has slicks. Anything else?

That's why I asked if this is going down on DOT's. I really REALLY don't want to tear the car up. Like I said, this pig would have the tunnel ram on it if I didn't want to store the original Raisin Bran hood somewhere.
