Which torque converter would be correct?

I have a 1973 Dodge Dart Sport 340. The engine was bored 30 over with a hemi-grind purple shaft cam(largest recommended for street use with an automatic(I believe the ratios are 284-284-60, and did ever upgrade to compliment that according to the Direct Connection manual I was following for that cam). I put in a shift kit and the rear end is 3.23. The ignition was changed to eliminate the vacuum aspect and is now centrifical. I'd like to get the most out of this engine but still retain driveability for cruising around. I do not know what the stock converter stall speed is (2800 maybe? or so I was told) but it just doesn't seem to be a match for what I have done. Could someone suggest the correct stall speed converter to use? Thanks.
